Masterpiece Titan–Titan with Pinion Smart.Shift: 11 kg Including Pedals

Last week, we handed over an individually built bike from our Masterpiece series: a Titan–Titan with Pinion Smart.Shift and custom anodising developed together with the customer.

At HILITE, Titan–Titan combines 3D-printed titanium junctions with titanium tubes. In the Pinion version, a specially designed titanium gearbox mounting block integrates the gearbox into the frame.

Pinion Smart.Shift provides electronic gear changes at the touch of a button. A full-carbon integrated handlebar and stem features completely internal cable routing. Carbon wheels with bladed spokes and a DT Swiss 240s singlespeed rear hub complete the build.

The individual anodising adds colour accents to the titanium frame. Design and component selection were developed in direct collaboration with the customer — resulting in a complete bike weighing 11 kg including pedals.
