Individually designed, 3D-printed titanium lugs connect carbon tubes made specifically for HILITE.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURING
Two materials. Precisely joined.
Titanium lugs are additively manufactured, and carbon tubes are produced by filament winding. In our Basel workshop, we coordinate geometry, cut the tubes and structurally bond them to the lugs.

Head tube, bottom bracket and seat clusters are made from Ti-6Al-4V. Wall thicknesses, reinforcements and lug angles are designed for the frame.

The titanium lug connects the carbon top tube, seat tube and rear triangle. The seatpost clamp is integrated into the seat cluster.
Carbon cockpit. Clean lines.
An integrated carbon bar and stem is included with the frameset. Dimensions and riding position are agreed alongside your custom geometry.
Your position. Your build.
Saddle and seatpost complement your individual geometry. We agree on the final components with you; the Flagship build includes a carbon seatpost.

Framesets include frame, fork, headset, thru-axles and an integrated carbon bar and stem. Complete-bike examples provide the starting point for your individual quotation.

Questions about your Titanium-Carbon.
What does the frameset include?
Frame, fork, headset, thru-axles and an integrated carbon bar and stem. Made-to-measure frame geometry is included with both frameset versions.
What is the difference between the forks?
The standard version uses a full-carbon fork. Rake and axle-to-crown length are individually specified for the custom carbon-titanium fork. We discuss which version suits your build.
Are complete-bike prices binding?
They are indicative prices for example builds. Specific components, contents and final price are agreed in a personal consultation before ordering.
Can I change the equipment?
Fork, components and finish are tailored to your riding. We discuss suitable combinations and their prices for your build.
How wide can the tyres be?
The current model description specifies up to 38 mm tyre clearance for the Allroad version. We agree on the specific tyre and wheel combination with you.
When will my frame or bike be ready?
Delivery timing, measurement and payment terms are agreed in your personal consultation. You receive a quotation for the agreed build.
Can I add a lighting system?
Yes. The lighting package includes SON 29s, Ladelux and an LED rear light and costs an additional CHF 1’000. Wheel build and compatibility are agreed with you.
