Ueli's Split Travel Gravel Titanium Tandem
Ueli ordered a divisible, custom-built titanium tandem for long-distance travel. The Appleman 2XR tandem crankset with 50/32-tooth chainrings is combined with a Shimano 2x12 drivetrain and an 11–40 cassette. Because of the front derailleur, the synchronising drive runs on the left side.
Our lowrider-compatible tandem carbon fork carries up to 15 kg on each side. Continuous stainless-steel inserts and fitted nuts eliminate the need for threads in the carbon structure.
The complete divisible tandem weighs only 13 kg.
