The original HILITE Lowrider, our s Carry Low made of fine titanium, is the ideal front luggage rack for every titanium bike.
Our lowrider is stylish and light. We reduce weight by using a small tube diameter of only 1 cm and by avoiding a bulky arch over the front wheel.
Without small parts, we make it to about 300 g. With this tiny bit of extra weight on the bike, you ensure that you can transport another 7 kg on each side without putting any weight on your back (but your legs of course). And if you are already on the move with a rear luggage rack, adding a front luggage rack, enables you not only to reduce the forces on the rear wheel but also on your wrist, because you counteract uneven handling by even weight distribution. By the way, our lowriders not only sit at the front of the bike, but, as the name suggests, they are particularly low. Another point that has a positive effect on smooth rides.
Before you decide to buy this ingenious front luggage rack, please make sure that the fork for your bike also has the appropriate eyelets on the inside and outside. If not, we will be happy to advise you on the creation of your perfect fork.

Which drop bar shifters do you recommend?
Shimano and SRAM both work well. Shimano shifters require less force when shifting from the hoods, while SRAM has a shorter lever throw when shifting from the drops. It depends on your preference.
