Pinion gearboxes in HILITE bikes

HILITE was one of the first manufacturers to integrate a Pinion P1.18 gearbox into a titanium frame. Since then, we have built Pinion bikes for gravel, touring, bikepacking, mountain biking and daily use.

The gearbox sits centrally in the frame, is protected from weather and offers a wide gear range with low maintenance. Our adjustable CNC dropout also enables a clean Gates belt-drive setup without a separate chain tensioner.
