Bottom bracket
We offer all types of bottom bracket currently available on the market.
The main issue here is what kind of pedal to use, and you have free choice. You can opt for a lightweight and rigid BB30 standard with a 30 mm aluminium spindle, which is amongst the best of its kind, also in terms of q-factor and pedal distance. Or you can go for a Campagnolo BSA crankset, which is also highly suitable for all other cranks with 24 mm spindles. BSA cranksets have stood the test of time to serve bottom brackets of different standards. If you wish to install a BB30 standard, i. e. if you want to go for a particularly light option, we recommend a BB30 bottom bracket that fits directly into the frame without the need for cups – no press fit. You can, of course, opt for a press fit standard if you wish. For those riders who use an internal gear hub, there is furthermore the option of installing an eccentric bottom bracket in order to be able to tension the chain in frames with rear vertical drop outs.
