We delivered this bike 2 years ago, but because we don't have any high-quality pictures, I never put it in the Gallery. But it's really a shame not to mention it.

The 160cm customer needed a fully customized “heavy duty” titanium touring bike with the Bosch Performance CX motor. The Rohloff E-14 hub gears in combination with the Gates belt ensure a low-maintenance drive.

The bike is runs on 55 mm Schwalbe tires in 27.5 inch with correspondingly wide mudguards. Tours are undertaken on mostly gravel surfaces, therefore it was also necessary to install a high-quality gravel suspension fork. 

An Ergon CF Allroad Pro Carbon seatpost in 27.2 mm is also fitted. This provides additional suspension on rough surfaces with a lightweight product weighing only 240 grams.

But what is a touring bike without a lowrider? But always a problem in combination with a suspension fork. Fortunately, there are high-quality faiv lowrider racks for suspension bikes. The luggage sits low here, is safe to track and operate, the luggage is mounted on suspension and does not restrict the steering even when loaded. This product can only be recommended and in my opinion there is nothing comparable. At the rear we have mounted our lightweight and durable s Carry Titan luggage rack.

The Rohloff E-14 is a high-quality electronic hub gear that is handmade in Germany. With an impressive gear ratio of 526%, it offers a wide range of gears. The 14 gears are evenly distributed, which enables comfortable shifting. The E-14 is extremely durable and proves itself under the most adverse conditions. It requires little maintenance and care. Compatible with today's most powerful e-motors, it minimizes wear on sprockets and belts thanks to the straight-running and durable belts. The Rohloff gear hub is lightweight yet robust, and the high efficiency allows easy pedaling without e-assistance.

The super-bright Supernova M99 Mini Pro-25, with high beam, is powered directly by the Bosch drive and therefore does not require an additional hub dynamo.

High-quality Shimano XTR Race brake with 180 mm brake discs and a short lever. The customer preferred the feel and material of the carbon lever.

The frame or pedelec was built for a total weight (system weight) of up to 160 kg and had a final weight (complete) of less than 18 kg.
